Timely Customer Service
I experienced a great customer service, response was timely! Not a rigid company; so flexible with customer needs.

Simple and easy to implement
Complete free test, embedding the video's handling of the element is the state I want, there is also a toolbar for RWD.

The product is wonderful; please keep up the great work. The renewal process was seamless and resulted in us being able to save by signing up for a multi-year license. Thanks ~~PaulB
