Recent changes to the sidebar are clunky. Also the ability to reorder the layout of the various teams and boxes would be nice.

I do a lot of copy/pasting text from other places to Front. The formatting can be very time-consuming at times. Other than that I love the tool

Hi I have a feature that I think needs to be sorted - When tagged to an email or copied and it is not your responsibility anymore can we have a tab to permanently archive such that when someone comments it no longer pops up on your email. Otherwise great app to use

Overall we've had a great experience with Front. It has helped us streamline our process. The only issue we've really seen is with group emails, when we send out emails to a large amount of users it forces it into "conversation" mode which means all emails are aggregated into one thread. So it makes it difficult to follow the separate conversations. For reference- we send emails to large amounts of users on BCC. So it's one email to a bunch of individual people who will individually respond.

I do like all the functionality Front has to offer. But it still takes a great deal of time to get used to what I'm looking at and what I need to look at. After sooo many years with one product, my eyes are very trained to look in a specific place especially in stressful or high-visibility conversations. I'm learning to say, I'll find that can follow up. But Front does offer great functionality with the tags and the ability to chat about an email thread. It's just so visual different and it's taking time to get the eyes to look in just the right places for critical information. Thank you for asking.
