I'm thrilled with my Fully Silent PC, it's exactly what I have been looking for and it performs exceptionally well. My new PC (HDPlex H3, Intel i5, Asus Prime Z590M-Plus, 3 SSD, etc.) is lightning fast (I am a non-gamer) and dead silent, no moving parts. The case is substantial and very well constructed. On inspection inside it's clear that time has been taken to organize / cable tie / assemble the PC carefully and thoughtfully.
