Poor Communication
There's no customers contact service on their website, I had to Google their contact information: Phone: (847) 509-1234 Address: 3657 Woodhead Dr, Northbrook, Illinois, 60062, USA I tried to contact Funky Junque twice by phone and email to get a package delivery date update unfortunately with no response. When tracking the package USPS says: A Pre-Shipping Label was created USPS Awaiting for the package. The package was never handled to USPS. This was a very bad customer service experience for questioning a item that is for sell on their store.
