great item and good quality

The support was great after I had to tell them I received a used item covered in someone else’s pet hair that wasn’t even bothered to be washed before I was sent out again. Received a 40% refund but the damage has been done that I won’t buy from them again which is sad because they’re the only company that has a cover the right size for my couch. And it took 7 weeks to arrive because for some reason they use ships which is odd.

Product is great, but it takes a long time to get to me.

The product is good. Shipping was worrisome

The item is good - BUT it took 6 weeks to receive it!!

We love the sofa cover we received, it is well made. Not quite as thick/soft as I expected, but still upholstery weight. I love that it’s reversible. They even included a couple toys for our dogs, which they loved. My only complaint was the shipping. I had actually forgotten I’d ordered it until about 3 weeks later and realized I hadn’t received it. I emailed the company and they did respond saying that it hadn’t left China yet, so were not able to provide a tracking number. It did finally arrive 6-7 weeks later. I don’t mind so much but wish they would have at least mentioned that shipping would take so long. Otherwise, we are happy with everything.
