Like the product and determination to deliver

The couch pad is great. I love it, just what I wanted and great quality. I would have given 5 stars, but I placed this order 2 months ago and just received it a few months ago. To the companies credit they sent an apology letter for the delay which was related to infrastructure issues that have now been resolved. They also sent a $10 credit, however, that would require me to purchase additional products which I really don't need. A $10 refund would have been more appreciated. This is a small new company, and I wish them all the best.
