I like that the response times are quick and the services available are top quality and easily accessable even to remote users in the Canadian North. The pricing is fair and affordable as well.

Customer service has been very excellent all the way. Had to stop subscribing to a server due to unforeseen circumstances but I forgot to download the server backup. Customer service went out of their way to help me recover the world again and I get to cherish the memories I had with my friends there :)

Only new and still testing there servers out. But from what I've seen its been very good..

Great hosting at a fair price. However their support is what truly makes them stand out! Sometimes you feel like you're on an island with managing a dedicated server, but not here. Their support is responsive and knowedgable. This is my 4th vendor for hosting various servers and I don't see there being a 5th.
