I appreciate the fact that although the original seller's website is no longer valid and the post office had no record of the tracking number, I reached out to gear launch, and the customer service team made sure that you communicated with me in detail regarding my order. They also researched it for me, provided me with what I needed regarding my insurance on the delivery, and provided me with a replacement. Thanks for excellent customer service.

Je voudrais remercier Customer Service Team de m'avoir imprimé un sweat shirt de taille plus petite que le 1er envoyé. Je me suis trompée dans la taille et ils m'ont imprimé un 2ème sweat identique SANS QUE JE DOIVE RENVOYER LE 1ER. J'ai pu le garder aussi et j'ai juste du payer 10 euros pour l'envoi de 2ème. Et de plus j'ai lu que cela faisait partie de leur politique commerciale. C'est géant !

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from them and when it arrived the pieces inside the box didn't correspond to the picture on the box. I contacted them and they cheerfully and quickly sent me the right puzzle. Very easy to deal with.
