This is my 2d Selena doggy fountain. The first one the pump stopped working so I had to get another. However, I just received my new fountain and there's a piece missing to connect the water pump to the fountain part. My other pump had a plastic attachment which did not come with the fountain. Please respond to let me know how to set up the fountain without the plastic connector.

All in all, I’ve found my new Selene water fountain to be a positive for my dogs. Initially they were a little hesitant to try out the new fountain, but now they are used to it. I feel that they are drinking more water overall as a result, which is a plus as well. I do like the “motion” setting on the pump of the fountain - this way it is not continually running all the time - only when 1 of the dogs approach the fountain, the pump kicks on for them. All in all, extremely satisfied w/ my purchase. Thank you Selene.

Great idea to have constant water movement and filtration. My dog was hesitant the first day, but warmed up today the fountain the next day. Very decently made and great concept.

The water fountain is great. My dog was very inquisitive when I first set it up and now makes use of it. The support team were very helpful when I had questions.

I had a problem with the water flow, I sent an email asking how to fix my problem. Within 30 min I had an email telling me how to fix my problem. Thank you. It worked.

I love Selene at first I was skeptical but it was the best purchase so far wireless water fountain for my cats. Highly recommend it took a little while for the shipping so don’t worry it will be worth the wait yall. Thank you Selene for the wonderful water fountain
