I love that I don’t have to fill the water bowl several times a day and the water stays clean. My dog loves it too!! She is drinking more and is healthier because of it.

Love this water dish . Easy to clean and with four dogs I don’t need to fill it twice a day. As far as the dish not getting slime build up I still get some .

The fountain works great! I purchased extra filters, too. I wanted to also purchase 2 more bottles of Dental Boost, but was unable.

Very easy to order and set up. Site should note it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive unit from China.

This is a great product. The cost was very expensive. Wishing you could lower the cost so I can justify purchasing 2 more.

Overall I love the fountain. My dogs are using it all the time now. My cats love theirs. And they use the dog one too. I own 2 German Shepherd dogs. GSD are sloppy drinkers, so my only issue with this fountain was that my floor was soaked. It isn't very deep so that is the only problem I am having with it. I have had to put the fountain inside my neater feeder to catch the water. Whatever works!
Response from Get Selene· Sep 7, 2026
Thank you, Linda! We’re so happy to hear that your dogs and cats are all enjoying their Selene fountains! 🐾 It sounds like your German Shepherds are definitely making good use of theirs! We also appreciate the honest feedback about the splashing. GSDs can certainly be enthusiastic drinkers, so we understand how that can make cleanup a little more challenging. We love that you found a setup that works for your pups, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team. Thank you for choosing Selene! -The Selene Team

Fountain works great. Filters are quite costly compared to all other fountains on market whose filters function same as Selene filters only 1/2 the price. That is quite disappointing
