Did not work I would like a refund of my money that I spent on the antenna

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is a scamming company do not waste your time or money. You have been warned!!

Advertising said antenna is a replacement for cable. It does not and only provides a few cable provided channels. I requested a full refund and never opened antenna boxes since they are useless to me. I have requested an address and return material request listing my order number. They assert a 30 day return period but offer a 25% refund and keep the useless product. These are predators. Do not purchase. I am continuing to get my money back. Please pass on this product.

I can’t review the antennas because, I ordered and paid for them about two months ago. I also paid for fast shipping, and I haven’t received the antennas yet. All I received was a e mail saying that they were on the way. I am thinking that this was a scam. I would appreciate it if you would check on it. I ordered two of these to replace my cable subscription, but I only got 18 channels using it so I’m sending it back for a refund. I live in the city and my cable usually gets over 200 channels.

When we finally received the wavemax antenna, my husband went at it, scanning the channels “supposedly”, first two attempts no channels loaded, third attempt we finally received very few channels that we were unable access. I then attempted to reach out to customer support, calls and emails began. After I explained the situation, they ask for me to hook up to the antenna again and scan the channels and send them pictures of the process, as if they did not believe me… and we would get a refund, so my husband hooked up the antenna again, took pictures of the whole process and attached them in and email and sent on. After we were informed that we would receive a refund, the next email that came our way was that we would have to pay for the return and the we would only be refunded approximately $18 and some change. This company should be ashamed of themselves for being deceitful to the consumer, I’ve never received such horrible interaction from a “company”, if you want call them a company, this is truly a SCAM, not sure how they haven’t been shut down yet. We trashed the unit and took the hit, didn’t want to send it back for what they offered, just so they could get it back and send it to another poor soul. BUYERS BEWARE!

Never received my antenna I ordered three months ago. Very grateful I only ordered one! Don’t waste your time or energy buying from this scam company.
