I used Cheeky mouth guards in the past & they were great. It’s been a few years so I contacted customer support to see if I should get a new impression. Their online chat was busy & I knew closed soon, so I wasn’t expecting a reply and closed the chat. I was surprised (and happy) to see a reply in my inbox the next morning. The response time was fast and unexpected. I thought I’d have to try chat again. I appreciate the dedication to customers and also the mouth guards themselves. They are extremely durable and MUCH cheaper than getting one from the dentist.

I highly recommend this product!! I needed a new mouthguard because mine needed replacing, and when I saw this product I decided to try it, since the cost is much lower than one made by a dentist! I figured if it didn't work, I could return it and get my money back, and I thought that's what would happen, so I took the risk! But I was wrong, the product not only worked, but it's of excellent quality!! The support team is super attentive and quickly resolves any questions you may have. The product is of excellent quality, I can say this with certainty because I've been using this type of product for over 20 years! My experience with Cheeky was wonderful!

Had to return because a TMJ device was required. They were very friendly and issued the refund.

I was extremely worried as I ordered from Target and not directly through Cheeky but the customer service were super helpful and efficient in getting the shipping label emailed to me. I am SO excited to hopefully get my mouthguard soon. I care about my oral hygiene a lot and for the first time I’ve had 2 weeks of unbearable jaw pain. Fingers crossed this works!
