I received someone else’s guard. When I requested another it took forever to ship just to get the same (wrong) guard again.

Terrible experience with customer support after claiming I still had a returned item that was ill fitting. Still current trying to get support to no avail. Be cautious of using this service.

Terrible customer service. All they do is send you to another team and get back to you at a later day there’s nobody to talk to by phone. They tried to make me a night guard three times and they failed each time. I asked them for a refund they’re taking their time and giving me one. I’m very unsatisfied with this company.

They took my money, and after completing the fitting process twice they still couldn't make a guard - now they refuse to give me a full refund. Totally untrustworthy and unacceptable.

Extremely dissatisfied with our experience. The night guard ordered does not sit on the teeth, snap in place, or stay. Was promised a 3-5 day turnaround from when impressions were received, and it took almost 4 weeks. The final product cannot even be used.

It took a very long time to receive the mouthguard. Once I got it, it was basically an Invisalign and not for night grinding. Extremely thin and tight material. I submitted a return for a refund. It was approved but it’s been over a month that the mail piece was received at their end and I’m still waiting for my refund or communication.
