I have been taking the product for about 5 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. I have cut back on my snaking and the amount I’m eating at meals. I would have thought I would have lost more weight by now, but I know it takes time and the weight did not happen overnight although it seems like it did. I’m trying to be patient and positive.
