Josef was wonderful. I have had an aching back for years with no help. With my Luna visits not only was my pain reduced and I was able to move more easily, I was also given a great set of exercises and stretches to continue my progress at home. This is the first time I have been to PT where the therapist actually told me why the pain jumped around to other joints and muscles. Just understanding that, has helped me a lot. He is professional, gives specific instructions to my sister in law(who I care for), and leaves us with instructions on exercises, we can help her with, to help improve her mobility.
