no response for my questions by emails and facebook messenger and I was ready to buy pretty expensive item. Shame

Customer Service is Lacking...
Placed order 3 weeks ago, and they've basically ghosted me. No response to inquiries, no idea when (or if) my order will ship. This kind of customer service from a supposed premium brand is unfortunate. Regretting my purchases, will likely have to chargeback to due lack of response.
