Well I'm trying to get my deposits back from Gilmour capital i had a problem with donnie Meyer he's treating me unfair all i want is my 2 deposits back and Finnish with the company

I have to agree with the other reviewers, I liked the product and was able to use if for a couple of years, but then it finally broke. Made a request under warranty replacement in spring of 2024, item arrived during the summer. Had to keep on with customer service, a dozen emails later, they did send a replacment. I would not blame customer service, i think that they are instructed to use delay tactic. Would i buy this expensive item again given my most recent experience. Probably not.

Hands down the worst customer service. They simply do not respond. I purchased a product with a "lifetime guarantee" that failed. I filed multiple warranty claims after the initial claim received no response. I tried emailing, calling with zero response. Absolutely unacceptable.

Gilmour Garden Hoses - a.k.a. - Fiskars. I have owned Gilmour Flexogen Hoses for years and they have done me well. However…..if you ever need to send your hose in for a replacement like I did, you will have cobb webs attach to your body well before you get a replacement. It took Gilmour…..a.k.a - Fiskars over 8 months to send me a replacement. I sent them email’s every month just wanting to know the status and I never received a reply. They do not answer their phones either. They claim that their hoses are “The last hose you will ever buy.” They forgot to add “It will also be the last time that you will ever see your hose again.” !!!
