Simply one of the best customer service…
Simply one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered, I mean more like a Beauty Advisor lol.... Products work if you are willing to build a routine, otherwise, this is not the company for you, which is ok too :)

I just ordered the thickfix powder I'm…
I just ordered the thickfix powder I'm new to using this I was born a preemie and I never had a big but but I'm hoping I see some improvement once I start using the thick fix powder I will post a before and after picture.

My package was supposed to come in but…
My package was supposed to come in but it kept saying failed because of my address even though I had used the same address as last time. I messaged them and the same day they already had another one on the way. FABULOUS customer service!

No need to worry!!!
At first I was super upset after I received my package and saw I was missing items. I told myself it was my fault for ordering and not really knowing if this was a legit site. I took a picture of what I received and emailed support. I did receive a confirmation email saying someone would get back with me. I received a response very quickly, they apologized and let me know they would get that taken care of and thanked me for notifying them. The quick response and care they took in helping me and fixing what had happened let’s me know they CARE about their customers. I look forward to purchasing more products knowing that should I need help they will be there!
