experience was ok so far.... Lets see how the frames & lenses work out

Purchased a second pair after the first ones completely shattered when they fell. I thought they'd be more resilient than that considering they're children's glasses. Could not access my account because the forgot password option on the website did not work. Frustrating to say the least.

Great selection of glasses. Website needs work. Went to place my order last night at 9:15pm. The discount code on the website stopped working then when I went to place the order at the higher price, I got an time out error. I wish you sold eyeglass cleaning kits with fluid and stuff.

Website was easy to use, but overwhelming when going through the various lens options. Difficult to know what was the best choice.

I just bought the frame because I had no way to know what kind of lenses was good for me. The options go from $92 to $600 and there is not enough explanation on why should I spend more or less. I also texted with an agent to try to get some guidance, but the person I texted with was not able to answer my questions. He said he will request someone to contact me via e-mail, but I never received the e-mail.
