Can’t get out of review screen

The on-line ordering was fine - but the customer service online was lacking. I tried to get a few simple questions answered and kept getting generic pre-filled answers returned. I don't think the person (Michael) even read my message...We will see how order really is when I get glasses.

I have not receive my order yet, can provide must insight about the end to end customer experience.

It was a simple process. Was just annoyed that it's a pretty high amount over $89 yet because i'm in Canada it's 15 dollars shipping. Good price anyway, thankyou

I was very excited to find the exact glasses I was looking for at a great price but was overwhelmed with the lens options. Even reading the descriptions it was difficult to see and understand the differences. It would be very helpful to be able to select a few and compare them. It would also be helpful to have a video or section that describes how to measure/fit progressives online as normally the lenses are marked for the digital progressive adjustments. Overall, I would recommend and will return for future purchases.

Only just ordered will repost when and receipt of frames

There is no option to purchase progressives for reading. Binary options are, prescription progressives of standard reading. Customer service needs improvement. I waited on hold for half an hour to speak to a representative, made to wait another 5 while the representative searched for an answer to my questions.

I will amend this review depending how my order turns out, but right now am very annoyed. My last order was cancelled with no contact after waiting 2 weeks for the frames to show up. I've just reordered to give it one more try as I think the frames are so adorable for my 16 month old, and we will see what happens.
