The purchase was easy, however the chat leaves a lot to be desired. They need to state that the chat is auto, not a live person. For a moment I just thought I was speaking to an idiot.

The only part that wasn't clear to me at first, when ordering sunglasses without polarized or transitions lenses, was that I had to select clear lenses and throughout the process it isn't evident that while I'm selecting clear lenses, I'm getting tinted ones.

First time using Go-Optic because I wanted a specific frame I couldn't find on my usual site. I was satisfied with purchasing/customer service. Will form a concrete opinion when glasses arrive.

This was the only place I could find a discontinued pair of spy Logan sunglasses that I lost several years ago THANK YOU!!!
