The fact that you don’t take Apple Pay and that you don’t have mobile devices automatically switch to numeric keyboard which makes entry of credit card number very difficult and the fact that even after you apply the coupon code it still looks like you’re being charged $90 until you scroll down far enough all of these things are working against you and your business model. I highly recommend that you correct these issues and watch yourselves benefit from these changes.

The ease of navigating the website.

I mean, go-optic isn't the worst. They aren't my favorite to use, but they have a good selection and prices aren't terrible, especially without insurance.

I just personally think shipping should be included in the price.

Glasses take a while to arrive. Prices are nothing special and there is no paypal option so it feels insecure.
