ordering process was very easy

great price. only problem was that they did not give a clear answer regarding the tint that they offer.

Placing the order was very easy, and the price was the best I could find (including these particular Nine West frames). I might update my order once I get the glasses; at this point, I can't give 5 stars until I get them! :-)

Ordering is easy. Customer service representatives are responsive to calls and have answers. Website return policy is somewhat confusing regarding return policy -- it mentions a cancellation restocking fee but does not specify a restocking fee for returns. Clarifying language in return policy would be helpful.

Military - They said, after I emailed support, that they would give me another 10% for military service...which is excellent.

Very helpful, nice prices. I wish the price match could be more real time, but I understand certain things must happen in the background.
