There was no where to add the discount coupon . So I am very Displeased not to have the discount.

i had to redo my order because as I tried to place my order it was just spinning. The code eventually expired and the website disappeared. not what I wanted.

Could not enter a discount coupon of 15% when checking out

No area to put discount code during check out, despite being told to add it during check out when reading how to redeem code. Other wise, it was fairly easy to find exactly what a was looking for, Google brought me straight to it.

first order, i was charged for shipping, said the session had timed out and i had to redo the order again. I redid the order and tried to place again. kept on saying my passwords didn't match. redid it 5 times. was ready to buy elsewhere.

Can't believe the price for a pair of discontinued frames but it's the world we live in #pricegougingisreal

Customer Service 800 number rings -- no answer, no ability to leave a recorded message. On-line customer service assistant confirmed frame not in-stock, but couldn't say when it likely would be available. I've sent many patients to this site for designer eyewear. None w/ previous issues. Disappointed unable to speak w/ staff person & clueless as to how long it will may take to ship out or arrive. MC
