Pretty terrible program. I'm disappointed my University picked this over plenty of other good options.

The proctors themselves are not bad, and the service isn't awful. But that is only applicable when you negate the fact that your privacy and mental health (particularly if you have existing anxiety) is ripped to shreds. Sure, watching someone change the settings on your device while they sit God knows where is plenty of fun for those who don't value their sanity. It is a somewhat harrowing experience for those of us who like the leftover parts of our brain (after exams have finished having a go at them) to be intact and functioning though. All in the name of having academic integrity, I guess.

Their ad campaign alone should be enough to scare people off. The smirk grins on their faces as they revel "students feel happy" represent every evil corporation brainwashing their customers that their product will somehow change their lives. ProctorU does none of that. Awful policy and violates student privacy.

Invades privacy of students, providing undue stress that students don't need.

Unprofessional proctors who have no idea what is going on.

Absolute invasion of privacy. What a joke.

I had so many connection issues during my exam.
