My proctor started going through my personal files during the exam

They weren't professional and I couldn't hear the instructions clearly due to a lot of background noise.

Please do not use this service for University exams. Unprofessional staff, terrible trouble shooting and IT support.

Took an exam with ProctorU and the proctor was not given clear instructions on how to run the exam. It took 1.5 hours to connect to my exam from the time it was supposed to begin. On an open-note exam, I was told I could not use my notes. I was not given access to the Multiple Choice Question portion of an exam for 2 hours of the exam, while the exam timer was ticking. When the proctor (the 3rd one of my test session) finally got around to unlocking the section, they right-clicked all over the page and wasted another 10+ minutes. I hope I never have to take an exam through this service again.
