The van we rented was okay, however there were a few surprises as it needs more detail in the description. The bed is VERY small. The process of finding a van was frustrating as there were four that we chose first that ended up being rented already but showed as available (they were rented on other sites and the technology doesn’t keep their availability in real time).

the customer service was quite responsive and did a decent job on resolving the issues I had with the van owner.

We were looking to take a long and great trip, and GoCamp certainly helped with that. GoCamp was helpful in providing information needed for the reservation. We were able to book very easily, and the road trip ready guide contained all of the necessary information for our trip. The biggest issue we had is that the terms of the currently active promo were not clearly advertised, and I only found out once I went through support that it was only active for a certain time frame. The promo, though, became active for the time frame we were booking sometime after we booked sadly, so communication was a bit off there.

Website is easy to use. Do be aware that fees and insurance raise the advertised nightly rental by approximately $150 per night.

I had an special request and it was handled smoothly, swiftly, and professionally. GoCamp made the entire process very easy.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our trip in Yosemite park.
