Less expensive than traditional appointment, and less intimidating! Quick response time. The questionnaire is of reasonable length, but I had plenty of time to give thoughtful answers (without feeling like someone is staring at me). Overall pleasant experience! 🙂

My heart rate was the most obvious outcome from the beta-blocker. Usually, it pounds fast and hard and I feel it all the way into my neck. I didn’t feel this with this pill. I was nervous before the beta-blocker and didn’t eat, so I can’t speak to whether it caused lightheadedness, or if I needed food. I did have a couple of moments before speaking where I felt a quick rush of lightheadedness. When I spoke to the very large crowd, I felt good. Calm, clear, in control. Sometimes after I do public speaking, I return to my seat shaking, sweating, and heart pounding. Those symptoms did not occur. The best part of Kick was the ease in acquiring the beta-blockers, and the excellent communication. I felt safe with this medication and supported. I’d recommend it.
