Extremely disappointed with my experience at Mykonian House in Elia Beach by GHH, Mykonos. I booked this property almost a year in advance specifically because of its location on Elia Beach and the excellent price available at the time. Throughout the year, we exchanged several messages through the Booking.com platform, including arranging airport transportation, so there was every indication that my reservation was confirmed and would be honoured. Then, just before my trip, the property informed me that they had an “unexpected scheduling conflict” and asked me to cancel the reservation myself instead of taking responsibility and cancelling it on their side. This is completely unacceptable. Their scheduling issues are not the guest’s responsibility, and asking a customer to cancel their own confirmed booking is both unfair and highly unprofessional. By the time they contacted me, I had already purchased non-refundable flights, planned my itinerary, made restaurant reservations, and organised transfers based on this confirmed booking. I booked almost a year in advance to avoid exactly this situation. Finding comparable accommodation in the Elia Beach area at such short notice is extremely difficult and significantly more expensive. A booking confirmed for nearly a year should provide confidence and peace of mind—not the stress and uncertainty of having your accommodation withdrawn just before your holiday. I cannot recommend a property that fails to honour confirmed reservations and then attempts to shift the responsibility for cancellation onto the guest. I would strongly advise anyone considering Mykonian House in Elia Beach by GHH to think carefully before relying on them for an important trip. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope no other traveller has to go through the same ordeal.

Ash was very professional. He even arrived early and completed in a timely manner. I needed to have rusted hinges replaced on my storage door in order for the door to close. He even sprayed the door knob and latch with some wd-40! This is the second time I have used Golden Home. The job was done for a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had a complete bathroom remodel (including fixtures and drain) done.  The Golden Home techs were very clean, quick, and thorough, making sure to check in with me multiple times during the process to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. Would definitely recommend if you are look for quality products and work in a short time frame.

I was very nervous to go through a complete bathroom remodel but Nick made everything go smooth. He did everything he said he would do and then some. He actually went above and beyond for this bathroom. I was home recovering from knee surgery and Nick was very respectful of my situation. He came every day on time. He cleaned up after himself daily. He used only the best products for us. We had extra insulation put in and a German waterproof system he recommended.
