Gold Seal SupplementsAt Gold Seal Supplements, we sit at the intersection of emerging science and everyday wellness. We follow the research as it develops, studying what the most credible institutions are discovering about human performance, longevity, and recovery. We then translate those findings into formulas that reflect the science with precision and integrity. Every ingredient is chosen for a reason and every dose reflects what the clinical evidence actually supports. We don't follow the supplement industry, we follow the science and our products are simply where that process leads.

My experience has been ok so far. I think it is too soon to tell about the effectiveness of the product. I have many medical problems and complications. I am hoping that a fuller magnesium load will deal with my sleep and heart issues. m My only complaint is the need for 4 huge capsules daily. I understand the necessity in order to deliver all the ingredients. Order time was too long.
Response from Gold Seal Supplements· Aug 25, 2026

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks. I am sleeping a bit better. Every once in a while I get up at night, so not consistent yet. Maybe I need to give it some more time.

Started taking this supplement a couple of weeks back … trying it nightly … skipped some days …. it does not upset my stomach as other supplements do when i take it without food. So far it seems to help me sleep better. I will need a few more weeks before i can comment more on whether it is helping me with memory fog.
