The food is uneatble, and I eat almost anything. How can you even sell this discosting food is out of my mind. Obviously they are not planing to keep a single client .

I subscribed for 6 meals a week that should be delivered on Sundays. Twice it was put on a truck and not delivered. When called to check what was the issue, office was closed and no answer. When I reached someone on Monday, the response was, the meal is okay to stay on a truck, in the middle of summer! Terrible service!

Food isn't good its expensive and dont get me started and the non stop emails and text messages about there bags that they want back like ridiculous I've. Been contacted more then 6 times in a day about these bags driver's are calling my phone about there bags and look at the nutrition some meals are over 100% cholesterol for the 1 meal .I get extra protein cause im a body builder I eat them when I need a quick meal in-between so nope not for me stay away from this one

Food is overpriced for the quality of the food. Instructions for preparing the food does not work. Part of the food is undercooked and part is overcooked. I have not used other meal kits so have no basis for comparison - just know I will never reorder. Ingredients for meats like chicken are okay. Quality of beef used is low grade.

I ordered food from you for $184, and instead of receiving the food, I just got a confirmation that my order is complete and everything is fine. In reality, I did not receive any food; you charged my bank account and delivered nothing. This is another scam. I am now writing to the police and calling my bank to dispute the transaction because you are scammers, and I will also spend a couple of hours of my work time to write on every platform I can, from Facebook to Google, telling people not to deal with you because you are a fraud. Refund my money immediately.

This company has very inflexible policies. After a delivery I skipped got confirmed without my doing, I was charged a 20 percent cancellation fee. I have been skipping due to a dietary restriction. Despite this error and multiple referrals to them, they could not help me. They said they need to charge the fee to cover their costs. The charge went through Wednesday at midnight for a Sunday delivery. I let them know Thursday morning. If they have meal costs, they are not providing fresh food.
