The careful condition of packaging is good.

Shipping took a while cause the frame was back ordered, but the price and quality were excellent.

I bought four pair of sunglasses from Goodden's i.e two for my self and one for my dad and one for my brother. Their service was very good. Any time i had any question i e-mailed them and Joanne send reply promptly. The product is Ray-Ban and is outstanding. I am very happy with their service & would recommend them to all my friends.

I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses online and they were in stock and do to ship in 1-3 days. When I did not receive a tacking number 3 days I contacted customer service. The rep I spoke to checked into the matter and the glasses did not ship do to defect in glasses and a new pair had to be ordered. I was told by customer rep that the glasses would be shipped as soon as they came in. The next business day the glasses came in and the rep contacted me to let me know the glasses were shipped. But I did not receive a tracking number so I figure great here we go again. The glasses came the next day as they were sent overnight shipping! I cannot say enough about how respectful the customer rep was as there goal was to please the customer at all times and kept me updated. THANK YOU JOANNE
