I place an order/paid for 3 meds. Went to the pharmacy and only 2 were there. I emailed them and they said the 3rd conflicted with the other meds. I question is why would you not automatically give a refund for the additional charge for that med. They responded that they would send to the drug store . oh is it a conflict or not. they advise me to check back with the pharmacy. no med no refund.

14 hours...still no meds. I'm not happy and neither is my urinary tract. Would have been better going to an er. Pissed and disappointed.

I will gladly change my rating higher or lower depending if I even receive my prescription. I put in a request for an antibiotic for my tooth infection around 6pm on 4/2/2022 and it is now 10:12pm on 4/2/2022 and I haven't heard back by phone, email, text, etc. I have emailed, done the web chat thing, that saying they are helping others and to leave a message and I'll hear back. NOTHING! my pharmacy is now closed and I'll have to wait till morning. That's if I hear back at all. I may have just been scammed out of my $50. We'll see. I'll be back to finish my review either way.

Paid for a test post prescriptions and never received one. Medications and response time great though. Paid for a test that I never got.

I paid the extra $20 to have a prescription of ibuprofen to help reduce the information of my gums, however I received acetaminophen instead which didn't do anything at all for me. My guns are STILL swollen and still uncomfortable. I'd like either my money back or a new prescription for what I actually paid for.

I recently got a prescription, which was simple and easy, but instead of the initial $40 + $10 for an additional service, I was charged $90 and they will not tell me what it is for, just that I “added attritional services”, they will not send an itemized receipt, and their communication has been absolutely atrocious as I have been on seen on their messaging platform for quite some time. I will update this if my problem is rectified.
