Picture was blurry— quality was not worth the price

The product was ok. They didn’t crop the picture how I requested, though. Also, the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I was excited to find this company so I’m disappointed knowing I probably won’t be able to bring myself to try them again. Very poor experience.

Print on the socks are good, but quality of the socks are horrible

Took almost a month, socks were ok but missed Christmas and they were a gify.....was really a bummer

We have a black dog & I'm aware black dogs are hard to see in pictures. So with sad, I was disappointed that the pictures on the socks looked like a black, irregular spot. I was hoping some adjustments would have been made to the pic or I would have been notified that it wouldn't turn out. Due to production and shipping, it never arrived until after Christmas so we were really looking forward to this cute gift idea & we're highly disappointed. The fabric was strange too & my son said it didn't feel like a sock since it was a smooth fabric & not cotton. So I'm sorry to say, it wasn't a hit.

The material of the sock isn't like an actual sock... paid $30 for just a pair of really awful material. The only good thing I can say is the picture came out cute.
