Took 22 days to get my order. I sent three questions about my order without a single response. Socks are okay, thin and the image was very small.

Hello! The socks are cute and the photos of our dog turned out well! Unfortunately, the socks are uncomfortable (thin and cheap material) and do not fit (very flat shaped and wide). The socks were ordered November 9th I think and we didn't receive them until December 29th I think. By early December I was wondering if they would make it by Xmas which they didn't. No one responded to my email inquiry. You're tardiness and cancelation policy make the company feel like a bit of a scam, though I know you're not. Sorry to say it but those are definite improvement areas and would help you get repeat customers/good recommendations.

Ordered more than a month before Christmas. Got a message about a delay but could not get an update. Sent 2 customer service inquiries and got responses AFTER Christmas. I thought I had been scammed. I would not recommend PupSocks. The quality was not what I expected for the price either. I doubt this review will even be published.

The print out is done well on the socks...but the socks feel awful.

The material they are made of is not comfortable.

Socks were cute and photo turned out well, but the quality of the socks were sub-standard. Bunched immediately when you put them on with shoes, so much that my husband had to take them off right away. So much for wearing them outside of the house. Too bad. We also bought the blanket and that seems to be the better choice.

The socks are cute, but customer service is seriously lacking. Ordered 12/8, received notice they "shipped" on 12/17, but that was just the day the shipping label was created. The order did not in fact ship until after Christmas and finally arrived 12/29. No way to contact them except by a form on their website, which I submitted 12/20. No reply yet (as of 12/31).

Great socks, but my order was shipped incomplete. Reached out to customer service and hope to hear back from them soon. Other than that, what I received was pretty cool.
