The socks were cute and I do like them. I just wish they hadn’t cropped it the way they did. My dog’s ears look WAY too weird in the image on the sock. And without his neck, his face looks odd. Normally, he is a fluffy cute little thing but the cropping was horrible.

So here's the thing: I bought socks and blankets. The socks came out great. I did a facemash of four of our pets, a few of which had darker fur. I strongly recommend not doing this in the facemash blanket option. Turns out too dark and images become somewhat indistinguishable. I think PupSocks should point that out when ordering. -- that it is the best option for pets/people with lighter fur or tones. Also, I dropped nearly $400 on my order. About a day after my first one I added another blanket. They charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99. Not too bad, but I asked if they could just combine the orders when shipping and save the extra albeit small cost. They utterly refused. Figured they might acquiesce given the money I spent with them. Nope. I relatively small dollar amount but I expected them to accomodate a bit more. Hence the lower rating.

Socks are cute gift; however the printing of cat face and dog face were very dark. Hard to tell that they were our animals!

The blanket was fine but your customer service is awful. No communication. Every time I tried to contact about a shipping question my emails were returned undeliverable. I almost canceled the order through my credit card because I had no communication & the day I was going to cancel my order arrived.
