Very cute product overall although was disappointed in the quality of the printing. Both dogs' faces were printed significantly darker than my original photo and lost quite a bit of detail.

Lots of options and great gift idea. My socks turned out to be a bit disappointing. My dogs picture was mostly a black blob and you couldn’t see his eyes. The shape of his head was right but lacked detail.

The pet pictures on the socks are dark, but still cute. I tried to reach customer support 15 days ago about them being dark and have only gotten confirmation that they received my request. Long delivery time as well.

Got the wrong pair on an order where I ordered 2 pairs of the same thing. Can’t get anyone to respond- very disappointing

My pupsocks are great and the people I gifted them to love them. I did find the customer service challenging; the socks came much later than anticipated with very little information provided about where they might be but it was the holidays and we're in a global pandemic so I certainly understand why there would have been a delay. I think more communication would have been preferred, for a little while I was worried I had been scammed. The designers did a great job of cropping the picture that I provided and I was very excited to gift the pupsocks when they eventually arrived. I would give these as a gift again in the future but build in more time for production/delivery delays.

The sock fabric is very weird. Photo quality is fine until you actually wear them. Won't be ordering again.

Strange material for the socks.

I order socks them in NOVMENR 2021 and I have not received them as of January 2022. After a month I tried to contact them 4 times through the website no response for 2 weeks which only asked if I still needed help. I responded and that's the last heard from them. I don't think Ill ever get them.NOTE- I have now received my order and the are great. The quality of the image is amazing.so I would give customer service 1star quality 5.
