The grill shipped quickly
The grill shipped quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that it came completely assembled. I thought I would have to spend a day assembling the cart.

Great communication and available parts
I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

Persistance...
The part I needed was out of stock everywhere but the folks at Grill collection persisted, kept me up to date, and got me what I needed.
