I LOVE THIS PLATFORM!
I LOVE THIS PLATFORM! So much so that I had to make a review to get it bumped up, because I think more people need to find out about it. I have already shared it to some of my friends and family, and am currently paying for it. I love data (perhaps a bit too much), and I track many things, including custom types that I would like to make associations with later like time of last meal of the day, or how many hours before my current first meal of the day did I last eat, etc. I also like that I can connect my data from my garmin, apple health, and others, like MyNetDiary. Yes, recording food still needs work, or other aspects of the platform, but they iteratively work with users on reddit to provide relevant updates, which is fantastic! Looking forward to making associations that do not just consider a single factor, or to when I can edit enteries from food apps synced to Guava (like adding custom tags). For now, I simply do it both ways: have the app synced--MyNetDiary--to get the nutrient info, but take photos or log entries manually around time of intake encompassing a meal or a snack time with relevant tags). I also love that I can scan lab reports and it automatically fills in the sections (though I think this is a paid feature), and then view charts showing other data on a particular day relative to some markers measured on that day. The premium feature of AI GuardianUpdates is also fascinating, and I find myself looking forward to what new thing it finds and informs me of! sometimes, it does tend to tell me info I would already know or suggest conventional advice when it sees that some entries fit to such advice, like "maybe consider fuelling before your runs since it led to a calm eating day" or sth like that. If you may not have already guessed it, I tend to struggle with food, so I track lots of things regarding food. That aside, I was even more excited when I discovered two days ago that it had a journalling feature! like what?! I can also do timed journalling?? and make correlations or associations later on my own externally should I want to, since I can always extract my data!! My heart is pleased. Overall, a very lovely system. Thanks GuavaHealth Team! Y'ALL ROCK

It means so much to us that you took the time to write a review just to help bump up our rating :) Thank you for that, and for sharing Guava with your friends and family too! We love hearing how you're using the platform. Tracking custom data types like meal timing and fasting windows is exactly the kind of creative use we hope to see (although hopefully you won't have to do this forever after we make more improvements!), and your system of syncing MyNetDiary for nutrients while logging photos and tags around mealtimes is super clever as well. We agree that food logging still has room to grow, and we definitely plan to improve the nutrition logging experience in the future. We've also noted your feedback about multi-factor associations and editing and tagging entries synced from food apps, and we'll pass it along to our team. It's great to hear that lab report scanning, the charts, and AI updates have been useful, and we appreciate your honest feedback on the Guardian suggestions that feel a bit too conventional - we're also actively working to improve this feature since it's still in beta. Feedback from folks like you and from the Reddit community helps us keep improving, so we're very grateful! We're also so glad you found journaling! Thank you for being part of the Guava community and for all the thoughtful feedback. You rock too!
