They never put my package on the pallet to be shipped out and when asked for resolution on the month that I was supposed to receive the package, they said that they couldn't make a claim with the carrier because i didn't buy insurance... for an order that was never put on the pallet to begin with.

nice place to buy specific bits of nerd paraphenila. they don't gouge and they ship out very quickly. overall an excellent store, doubt you'd have any big issues with them.

Placed an order with them, and these guys are honestly great to deal with. They genuinely care about their customers and always go out of their way to make sure everything’s right. I’d definitely recommend them!

Great Company who excel at communicating with their customers. Great customer service. I have never had a problem with them. They are a small company who sell high demand products and are very vocal about their distributions and stock status on their website, emails, and twitter. They are my favorite Gundam distributor. I once had preordered a product on their website and their distributor all of a sudden decided not to ship the product to them. (some logical issue). Gundam Planet alerted everyone on their twitter and sent each individual who preordered the item an email notification. Then not only did they refund the purchase price + shipping to their customers, they also linked a competitors website where you could preorder the item so you would not miss out. Love this company.
