I expected the glasses to ship within 2 days after receiving the confirmation that my order has gone through. Unfortunately it took 5 days before it finally shipped.

In your augmented reality ‘Virtual Try-on’ feature, all of your glasses look like they were created in Microsoft Paint. Snapchat glasses filters look better in every example I've seen. I’ve purchased 4 pairs in the past, so hopefully the ones I ordered are up to the same quality!

Haven't received the glasses yet but I'm sure they will be good. I just had one thing I wish it had a price conversion for internationals or even just actually have the USD shown as I'm Australian and didn't realise it was US so thought I was spending $80 ended up spending like $140

I ordered my glasses almost a week ago and just yesterday I got a tracking number but no info on the carrier or a potential delivery date. I know times are tough right now but I have ordered many other products from other companies and have either received them or atleast have a date to expect them.

Love the glasses, good service, but I wish there was more selection for readers

The lenses are nice, and definitely help reduce eye strain from long gaming sessions, but the thick frames really dig into my head with my headphones on. I ended up using a heat gun to straighten the arms on them so they wouldn't pinch my head so bad. If I could do it again, I would have bought the Maverick glasses instead of the Intercepts. I could have saved myself $10 and probably a lot of discomfort. Unfortunately, they didn't list that style under their gaming eye wear link and instead only show it under the Computer eye wear link. Seeing as I ordered out of country, I had no interest in paying for the shipping three times to see if the Maverick model was more comfortable.
