My customer service representative, Damien Walker, was fantastic. Was easy to work with and made sure my problem was corrected to my full satisfaction.

Tim handled the replacement of the magnetic adapter with in 2 minutes. He was awesome, and I appreciate that Halo has that policy in place. It would be great if the magnetic adapter on the charging cord was not removable so it wouldn't have been lost (we didn't realize it was still attached to dog's collar until we couldn't find it to charge collar)

I spoke to Jacqueline today due to a collar issue. Not only did she provide top-notch customer service, but she was easy to talk to and made the whole process of having to replace my dog's Halo Collar a breeze.

I called with an issue i had with my collar and Tiffany was great! She walked me through what could be wrong, was friendly, and patient.

Customer service was quick and efficient at helping me and fixing my issues. I am also impressed with how Halo stands behind their product.

I just want to say that I have always had a great experience with the service I get when I have had issues with my dog’s Halo collars..and I have four!! Antigonay Pender went above and beyond to get me help for the replacement of my halo collars!!! She was the most pleasant young lady to speak with on the halo park virtual meeting!! I cannot say enough good things about her…Great personality, wonderful help and a pleasure to speak with!! When you have such a sweet and helpful person to work with, you leave the conversation feeling good…and that is exactly how she made me feel!! I highly recommend Halo collar to anyone who is considering purchasing one!!
