Had 3 in 1 tap since April 2023. Had an initial problem with the boiling tap which ran randomly. Then discovered a fault with the actual tap which is leaking. I have been trying to contact the company via phone and we chat and getting no response. Very disappointing.

Awful product, company and customer service It’s taken over a month for them to process my returns and issue a refund. Their impossible to get hold of Now I finally have my refund it’s £65 short £30 for admin fee which is atrocious and £35 still outstanding for a filter. I have contacted them and now I’m back on the waiting list

Look elsewhere. These taps are terrible. Our first boiler broke after 9 months. It was replaced under warranty. 5 months later the second also has a fault. Hanstrom support just say you have to pay for another boiler. Check the other reviews and you'll see plenty of other customers having the same problem. So, you'll be expected to pay £150 maybe every 6 months or so to replace the boiler. Hanstrom support will then say "oh, but you're in a hard water area so we advise you to change the filter every 3 months". So, if you're lucky, you're spending £200 per year on filters. If you buy new filters and the boiler breaks anyway; too bad, Hanstrom aren't interested in helping, they just expect you to buy another boiler. And keep buying them. Oh, and then there's the other email I got which said I should disconnect the boiler, fill it with descaler, leave it a few hours, then reconnect and hope that fixed it. Apart from that definitely NOT being in the manual, and being highly impractical, where's the advice about which descaler? Or warnings to DRAIN THE HIGHLY TOXIC SUBSTANCE BEFORE USING THE BOILER?! Nope; none of that. Just shove descaler in and hope you don't end up ingesting some. This company is a joke. Definitely avoid! For existing customers, follow Gareth Dyer's advice (in these reviews) and start a money claim against them to pursue a refund.

Product delivered without the actual tap and the company did not want to know and called me a liar and refused to do anything about it!! Avoid at all costs!! Bought through Verana!

Do not use this 'company' I cancelled my order with them and yet got no confirmation after sending the cancellation email. I called and was told the order had been cancelled however I needed to call again to get a confirmation email sent which promised a refund in 3-5 working days. 7 working days later still nothing until I called threatening them to be reported to trading standards. Miraculously an email confirming my order had just been cancelled. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my credit card. This is a dodgy operation at best.

Would avoid as they do not tell truth about sale end dates. And found customer services difficult to work with. Shame as I wanted them to be good. More expensive than competition. When the tap arrived - it did not look like the image. The hose was clear not black and looked proper tatty with silver braiding against the gold. This would be true of all colours.
