We purchased an Ume 3 in 1 hot tap as part of our kitchen refurbishment. Despatch was really quick after ordering and was excellently packaged. We absolutely love this tap and the convenience of no boiling and reboiling a kettle. It gives us constant 98° near boiling water and is great for quick drink making and also filling pans for cooking. Great and economical. Hanstrom's website was easy to use and has lots of information to help make the right decision when purchasing a tap. We highly recommend their products and service.

I couldn't recommend this company anymore if I tried. Ahmed, Amaan and the team are super helpful, they've answered any questions that I've had, even to point of sending me videos on installation, changing the filter etc. The tap that I have is Hanstrom 3-in-1 Square Instant Boiling Water Tap - Brass, which looks great and stylish in my kitchen, I wish i'd bought this tap sooner! I had some issues with the tap I ordered and was under time pressure through the kitchen fitter to get it sorted. Ahmed from Verana was exceptional in his customer service. When he missed calls from me, he returned them immediately and came up with a quick solution to the issue. He should be recognised for his hard work and high level of customer care. The tap is excellent quality at a good price.

Had an issue with a faulty tap that leaked slowly at the hose joints. Ahmed called me back and arranged a replacement tap which has arrived today. Thank you for such great customer service. Highly recommend!!!
