Great tap and customer service

Had an issue with our boiler tank just outside of warranty. Spoke to Ahmed who was very helpful and called me back to arrange a new tank to be sent out. Would recommend.

Had an issue with 3.1 boiler. Contact the customer service team who were super responsive and helpful in getting me a replacement

Having a slight problem with the tap i contacted their customer service department when i was informed that my one years warranty had just expired. However they were very understanding and agreed to send me a new one out. Its refreshing to find a company willing to send replacements out even though they didn't have to. Hats off to them !!!

Great customer service,nothing was to much trouble.Great response with dealing with my issue, solving it with the best solution definitely recommend their products.
