Boxes to big, can't lift them because of back surgery and the delivery person leaves them in lobby instead of my apartment.

Reordering is super simple. I also like the reminder emails. Shipping seems pretty fast too. The diapers, well they aren't great. Lots of accidents and leaks. I wish they were better quality.

I receive my supplies on time every month and that is very good I hardly ever talk to anyone I do all my stuff by internet if possible and I say thank you for all you do

Don't need to call 3-4 times a day every day when supplies are available for shipping.
