I ordered and item and got a message at checkout that a confirming e-mail would be sent. A few days passed, but no e-mail. A few more days later the item arrived, and just what I wanted. Never have gotten the e0mail.

They have what is necessary for my Mother at reasonable prices. I need to contact UPS. The last shipment, box was open. Doesn't appear that anything was missing. Other than that, fantastic!

I ordered a trial pack and they said there would be instructions on use but there were none. I have no idea how to use the thing that looks kind of like a diaper without any ways to attach. The products I ordered were delivered very quickly which I truly appreciated. But trying to figure out how to use leaves not using most of them. I wish they had wings on the the Always Discreet. Not having wings on any of the products is going to be the main reason I will not reorder

Very easy to order online and very fast service. however, I would appreciate being taken off the call list. I'd rather just handle it online privately.
