The Headless HostmanReviews of headlesshostman.com

Working with Headless Hostman has been an absolute game-changer. I’ve used WordPress for nearly a decade, and I love seeing it step into the modern era with static front-ends and a rock-solid backend. Headless Hostman has built a top-tier platform, but what really stands out is the people. The team went above and beyond to help us get a long-overdue project across the finish line. They are always happy to share advice and completely eliminated the stress of our migration from HubSpot to WordPress. I couldn't be happier!

UX feels fast for visitors and scores high on the "page speed" sites. I highly doubt any hosting service delivers both of these consistently at Headless Hostman's prices. After 7 years of messing with Litespeed and WP Rocket, on four different hosting providers... I'm done with all of them. I even had pagespeed.dev.web and GT metrix scores at 95 to 100 on mobile!!! ... and still... all too often the UX would make users wait over 3 seconds on a click. Support is fast and smart Only static hosting offers this level of website stability, with no unannounced breakdown of css, js or html due to automated plugin updates. This is a service that other hosts CAN'T provide, which is why they don't. Unless they too offer static hosting. Security, so far so good, and because it is static it logically has to be better than everything else I've tried. Uptime is the hardest to know --- basically impossible, but by virtue of everything else being better, it likely is too. Only one uptime robot alert one on out of 10 websites hosted with Headless, and that is over 6 moths. So if all the other sites were up, then, very unlikely it was due to the servers. Consider this... if a host service offers 99.99% uptime... then that would allow up to 4 hours of accumlated downtime during that time period (365*24*60/2*.001). Uptime Robot checks every 5 minutes. Most hosts won't promise better than 99.99%. Some only promise 99.9%. I other words... So far so good.

Headless Hostman helped us solve some WordPress security and maintenance challenges for one of our clients. Their static WordPress setup allowed us to set up a static site for security, yet still quickly deploy change requests. We definitely will be exploring more static WordPress since their team was so responsive.

The hosting itself is fast, reliable, and secure. Ben is super responsive with any needed assistance! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ben and his team at Headless Hostman are great! Everyone on board here has been incredibly helpful with migrating to their platform, which is sleek, elegant and fast. I've worked on website development for 25 years at this point, and haven't seen a team quite this capable before.

Our migration was not simple. It was broken and complex for no reason. I had little WP experience. But Headless Hostman was able to get the migration done and fix our long time headaches. If you have HAVE to be on Wordpress, Headless is your new friend. 10/10

Ben sent me a cold email. Rarely do I entertain them, but his felt less spammy and more genuine, so I took a look at Headless Hostman. I was immediately glad I did. What they were offering was exactly what I was looking for at the time: a one-click WordPress to static site solution. It took me a few weeks to make the jump, but once I did, I felt at home. On top of providing a premium service for an affordable rate, Ben and his team listen to your needs and act upon them. As a long-time web designer, like many of you reading this, I've seen companies go from homegrown and customer-centric to national brand and investor-centric. Ben and his team are a genuine ray of light in a time when the only thing that matters to most companies is money. Ben and his team care about the product and the people. Give Headless Hostman a try!

I had a situation with a heavily customized WP site, forced to run on an older version of PHP. The site was a mess, barely functional for users, much less admins in the back end. We tried multiple methods of creating a static version of the site, because we knew that would at least solve the page loading problem for users, but failed miserably over and over. We had all but given up, when I just happened to come across Headless Hostman. I'm not gonna say that everything went perrfectly flawlessly, because nothing ever does, but the difference was night and day (a -20 degree winter night in Montana vs a 110 summer day in Arizona) - immediately for our users after changing the DNS. It was a miracle. and in the back end, the "unusable" admin was 10x faster because we weren't actually on a "live" server. The WP site was hosted on a machine with no actual live consumer traffic. Again we did have our issues since our stack was far from normal, but the way in which they handled each and every one of our self imposed issues from our 66 plugins and custom coding was second to none. While I do respond to my own customers evenings and weekends, I seldom expect it from others, and that's what I got every time. Highly recommended!
