Sometimes the true test of a company occurs when there is a problem. I ordered a fireplace initially from Hearthartsinn and unfortunately it arrived with some quality issues and the specs they used for the chimney were incorrect & wouldn’t fit my existing ceiling exit like I had specified. When I informed Shaw he got back to me right away & said after discussing with the entire team they decided to manufacture & ship an entirely new unit in order to get it right. The new unit arrived and not only were the quality issues completely fixed, but the unit fit perfectly to my specs. Don’t hesitate to order from this company - they truly stand behind their work and make an outstanding product.

Ordered a fireplace for a client project back in March, and we got it installed by May. Zero issues during the installation process, and the final look is absolutely top-notch. Exactly what we wanted, and most importantly, my client is thrilled with it.

Incredible service and product from Shaw and his team. I had put together a very unique and technically demanding design for a new home addition—something with a real wow factor. The fireplace I selected needed to be a true centrepiece that would immediately draw the eye of anyone who entered the home. From the outset, I had my reservations. I wanted excellence throughout, and with the company being so far from the US, I was initially concerned about the possibility of a sub-standard product or weak customer service. Still, something in my gut told me it was the right choice to elevate what we were trying to create. I’m very glad I listened to that instinct. Upon arrival, we realized we would need additional service and items, and this is where they truly proved themselves. Shaw and his team delivered an exceptional level of service, paired with the kind of craftsmanship and product quality that instantly put all my worries to rest. They exceeded every expectation. Our fireplace was a special order, and we wanted to pick the color, size, and height of the unit. After many emails back and forth describing what I want and Shaw (at Heart Art Sinn) very patiently making sure he understands what I need and what they can provide. We finalized the design and received the unit about one month after the design was finalized. The unit was professionally packed and arrived without any damage. We are very happy with the service that we received and highly recommend purchasing from Shaw.
