HEB far surpasses Walmart in service, price, and has no minimum purchase amount for pickup orders

Coming from Florida, it took me a year to really appreciate HEB. Their are so many options and benefits from shopping HEB. Now from Palm Beach County, my standards are a little high. Today, I enjoyed the Simple Made Cobb Chicken Salad. Now, it's not your traditional Cobb Salad....it doesn't have corn: However, it's the best tasting and nutritional pre=prepared saled I have ever had in my 65 years! The Cashiers, the ones who stock the shelves, the Samplers all are amazing--each seem so pleased to bew helping me!!! the quality of the food is great--eaqch are eager to help me find what I need...lots of good choices esp. for Organic & Pastured raised (meat & milk). And to top it off many of the customers step up to help me if needed...such as seeing i have just a few things at checkout insist i go 1st or help me reach the top shelfs usu. asking is there anytyhing i can help you get

During my recent visit to the HEB grocery store at 24224 Northwest Fwy in Cypress, TX, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Janecia, who truly stood out with her exceptional customer service. Her patience and kindness made a significant difference as my family and I went through the checkout process. Despite the hustle and bustle around us, Janecia maintained a warm smile throughout, which created a positive atmosphere that brightened our day. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers feel valued and welcomed, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Janecia, for making our shopping experience a delightful one!

The HEB has very Hight quantity of fresh products and seafood in the general its had more of processing food for the consumer favorable such as dairy products and bakery... totally it is very well organize and sanitized.

The commercial “I Love my H-E-B” says at all. They have a book of everything that is left behind like say your medicine, you left it behind, but you paid for it. They don’t need to check the security cameras they just need your receipt and they got you.

I love HEB. I can get everything I want on the curbside app. I am a business owner and I even live across the street from HEB on Olmos in SA. I am so busy having HEB as my personal shopper is so convenient and a life savor! Today I had a deli issue but I just called and let the deli personnel know. One false move results in bad reviews, but I say get over it; the good far outweighs the bad. I ❤️ my HEB!
